Event Follow-Up Email Template Mentioning a Keynote Speaker
Hi {formtext: name=first name; cols=8},
I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to drop a quick line and tell you that it was great to see you at RISE Conference. This year was the best one yet, and I really enjoyed hearing Jon Snow discuss performance optimization.
We spoke about how our product can improve your company’s performance, and I’m wondering if we could set up a meeting to discuss further.
Are you free for a 30-minute phone call this week? Let me know what works best for you.
Thanks, Rob
Conference Follow-Up Email Template Addressing Recipient's Challenges
Hi {formtext: name=first name; cols=8},
It was great seeing you at the RISE Conference. I enjoyed learning more about {formtext: name=prospect’s business; cols=16} and some of the challenges you’re currently facing. I know exactly how difficult {formtext: name=business pain; cols=12} can be, and I commend you for taking the initiative to address it.
We discussed {formtext: name=business pain; cols=12}, and I wanted to propose ACME's solution. I think you’ll find it fits your needs perfectly. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
If you’d like to discuss ACME further, I will gladly set up a time that works for both of us. Does {formdate: LL} work for you? If not, let me know when would be a better time.
I look forward to talking to you soon.
Best, Jerome

Thanks so much for an insightful meeting. I look forward to talking to you soon and keeping in touch.

Post Event Follow-Up Email Example
It was great seeing you at this year’s RISE Conference. It was a little different this year with virtual attendance, but I found I focused on what speakers said more than I do when I attend in-person.
I know it was brief, but I wanted to follow up with you on {formtext: name=on topic; cols=12}. As a photographer, I know what it’s like to have too many customers trying to book—especially on the weekend.
ACME will send any photos taken in the booth directly to your email for editing and professional printing. Our product allows photographers to book more customers without overbooking themselves.
I’d love to schedule a meeting with you to further discuss ACME and how they could help your business grow this summer. Would Friday work? Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, and I can walk you through why we might be the right option for you and your company.
If Friday doesn’t work, please let me know a time that does so we can get to work helping your business grow as soon as possible.
Best, Veronica
