Interacting with the Team Check-In Tracker from Anywhere
With Text Blaze snippets, updating your check-in tracker or accessing its information can be done from anywhere. To get you started, this template includes several Text Blaze snippets that allow you to do stay organized:
- New check in: create a new check in tied to a team member, their project, and a specific task. Capture their progress, any updates, and any impediments all in a single place. This both creates a new entry in the tracker and a brief summary that can be used in 1:1 docs or emails.
- Completed tasks: easily create a list of all completed tasks and their associated owners. Use this to communicate the progress and success of your team on their tasks and projects.
- Add row to projects: as new projects are started, you can add them to the Projects table from a Text Blaze snippet. Fill out the necessary information, and later assign your Project Lead and Project Team.
These are only a few of the things that you can accomplish with the Team Check-in template and Text Blaze snippets. Any information in the template can be accessed through your snippets.
