MOTOR VEHICLE BILL OF SALE

The undersigned Buyer accepts receipt of this document and understands that the above vehicle is sold on an “as is, where is” condition with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied.

ODOMETER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

FEDERAL and STATE LAW requires that you state the mileage in connection with the transfer of ownership. Failure to complete or providing a false statement may result in fines and/or imprisonment.
